In this episode, we speak to Resham Kotecha, founder of Podium Perfect. Resham is a two time UK Parliamentary candidate, and is the youngest BME party candidate, having fought in the General Election in 2015 and 2017. After various roles in financial services, consulting, public sector and government, she launched Podium Perfect, a public speaking coaching company which has generated over 35,000 sign ups from 100+ countries.
Resham is passionate about politics and policy, particularly promoting the number of female MPs in parliament. This led her to work closely with Women2Win, an organisation co-founded by Theresa May, where she is currently Head of Engagement.
